The judgment of the court are based on satisfying evidence. The book deal with the Islamic principle of evidence in its testimony modern context and has elaborated all sources of evidence such as
testimony, admission and confession, circumstantial evidence, documentary evidence, evidence by expert, oath, knowledge of justice.
In order to insure justice in its judicial system, Islam has laid down golden principles of evidence. The evidence (bayyinah) in a broad sense is anything that proves or disproves the fact disputed in a court.
